Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

Our refund and return policy is very simple.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the product, you can return it for a full refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund postage costs as we are not able to reclaim those expenses from USPS and we prefer to keep our prices as low as possible which means not refunding shipping expenses incurred.

Exchanges

We have never had to do an exchange but, if we do, it will be provided completely free of charge.

Refunds

Once we have received your item and inspected it and if it meets the above qualifications we will immediately process a refund for the cost of the item plus sales tax, if any.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Box 130, Lynnville, TN, 38472-0130.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of outgoing shipping will be deducted from your refund.
